Grassroots Club or Academy?
Organisations providing table tennis coaching to children from local government schools may apply for a reduction or waiver of the K400 Club Registration Fee, subject to verification and approval.
Applications will be assessed by Tunya Titans on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the sole discretion of Tunya Titans Table Tennis Club and is not guaranteed.
Club Member Verification Deadline: 23 October 2026
To qualify for the 50% affiliated-club member discount, a player must have been a registered member of their participating ZTTA-affiliated club no later than four weeks before the tournament date.
The club must submit its final player membership/verification list to Tunya Titans by the Club Member Verification Deadline. Players joining or being added to a club after this deadline will not qualify for the affiliated-club member discount for this tournament, although they may participate at the applicable standard entry fee and can still represent their club and earn Club Championship Points.
Membership Verification:
Participating clubs are responsible for submitting an accurate list of their eligible members by the verification deadline. Tunya Titans may verify submitted membership information with the relevant club and, where necessary, with ZTTA.
WHO CAN ENTER?
ZTTA-Affiliated Club Members
Players who are members of verified ZTTA-affiliated clubs in good standing may participate and qualify for the 50% affiliated-club member discount, subject to the membership verification requirements.
Independent Players
Players who are not members of a verified ZTTA-affiliated club may participate at the standard entry fee, but will not qualify for the affiliated-club discount or represent a club in the Club Classic Championship.
Club Representation
Players representing participating clubs may earn Club Championship Points for their club according to their finishing position.
Age Categories
Players must meet the applicable age requirements for the category entered. Age verification may be required.
THE CLUB CLASSIC CHAMPIONSHIP
Every match can earn points for your club. Individual competition. Club pride. One championship.
Players compete individually for their category positions and individual prizes. At the same time, eligible players earn Club Championship Points for their registered club.
